CID was formally set up in 1992, providing a wide array of corporate communication services to different organizations, companies, or individuals.
In 1997, we became an exclusive Philippine affiliate of Ketchum, a global network of public relations consultants. This enabled us to handle regional and international accounts.
Through the years, we have exhibited a steady growth in terms of people, accounts and billings. To date, we operate nationwide; based in Manila and maintaining satellite operations through regional coordinating centers in Cebu (Visayas) and Davao (Mindanao) and internationally through the Ketchum network.
Some of our accomplishments include the successful implementation of social marketing programs for the following institutions: United States Agency for International Development (USAID) for its “The Social Acceptance Project-Family Planning (TSAP-FP); Asian Development Bank for its “Women’s Health and Safe Motherhood Project’; and the World Bank for its “Water for Life” campaign.
Also, CID has extensive experience in crisis management, among them: the Cebu Pacific Air crash, Caltex oil spill; Ginebra San Miguel’s liquor poisoning, Northwest Airlines pilot strike, San Miguel Brewery plant contamination, Cadbury chocolate infestation, and Minola’s attempted product sabotage.
CID has likewise helped handle the Banco de Oro-Equitable bank merger and the 2004 political campaign of Sen. Mar “Mr. Palengke” Roxas, among many others.
We understand the power of corporate equity and what public perception can do to any business. We make sure that your messages have direction and long-term impact.
